More then a Realtor, as a former TD Bank Executive with 31 years experience in Financial services, I’ve attained a desirable set of skills and expertise to help you with every step of your real estate transaction. My passion for real estate began with one of my first roles with TD Bank as a mortgage advisor where I helped several hundreds of buyers make wise home purchases. I subsequently earned my Financial Planning Designation and became TD’s Regional Manager for Financial Planners in the Southern Ontario district; leading our team to be the number one Financial Planning Team in Canada! I’ve built thousands of relationships and helped clients make informed and wise financial investment decisions in line with their short and long term financial goals. Not only have I helped many customers on the financial side purchasing homes and investment properties, I’m also a real estate investor myself, purchasing a fixer-upper townhouse and a Duplex. Buying, selling or relocating to London, my experience of relocating my family eight times in different cities gives me first-hand experience understanding everything involved in this big life change for you and your family. There are many considerations to take into account when buying or selling a home to begin with, but those considerations are exemplified when you’re relocating to a different city, I know!
In real estate it’s paramount you work with a professional you can trust and will provide you with experienced, comprehensive and honest market advice like me. I am well positioned to help you make wise financial home / investment purchases and I have personal experience renovating, investing, flipping, financing, buying, selling and being a landlord. I work in a team with my award-winning wife Jeannie Watts. Give us a call, we’re ready to start working for you!
My wife Jeannie Watts and I believe in giving back to our London community!
